For Etsy purchases, shipping prices, processing estimates and delivery information are shown on each Etsy listing and at checkout.

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the individual Etsy listing and its published terms. Please review the listing's policies before purchasing — not every handmade item is returnable.

Etsy orders are governed by our Etsy shop policies. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in stitching, size and color placement are natural and part of its charm.

Follow any care instructions listed for your specific piece first. As a general guide, gentle hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry helps crochet keep its shape.

Send a request with your colors, size and ideas. KaJuana reviews each one and, if it's a fit, replies with a quote and timeline. Nothing is made or charged until you approve. Not every request can be accepted.
